Valentine Seevers & Associates, PC (VSA) originated in 1963 in Denver, Colorado by our founder William R Valentine, CPA. 

Our firm has since expanded to include an excellent team of CPA's and support staff making it the largest CPA practice in Evergreen.

We prepare financial statements for several for-profit and non-profit entities, some monthly, others quarterly and others annually.  We do not provide any attest services such as financial statement audit, review or compilation services.

Accounting

For many businesses who have in-house accounting personnel, Valentine Seevers & Associates, PC can provide complete accounting services, saving them time and money.

This service involves keeping a complete record of all financial activity.  Clients submit check vouchers or check stubs, revenue records, accounts receivable invoices or summaries, liability documents, and other key data.  In return, a cash journal, general ledger, payroll register, various subsidiary journals, and monthly financial statements are prepared by our firm.  

Any component of the above mentioned services can be performed independently.  

Newly established businesses and well established companies prefer the convenience of not having to hire and supervise in-house accounting employees, making this an ideal service.

Payroll

We have turn-key solutions for complete payroll outsourcing that we provide to several of our clients.  We offer weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, semi-monthly, quarterly or annually payroll frequency.
