Tax Organizer

The Tax Organizer is a simple form that is easy to fill out and will give us all of the necessary information we need about you to prepare your taxes.

There is no need for you to transcribe data from government forms (w-2, 1099, 1098, K-1s, etc) to our organizer, instead, just give us the forms, and we will get the infomation we need. Instead, use the organizer as a guide to help remind you what data you provided to us in prior years and what data you may still need to find for us for this year.
